This rememberance page has been created to remember and pay tribute to our late mum/nan Jane "Jean" Baker.

Those of you who knew her would know her to have been a very proud and strong minded person, but for the last 5 years of her life she battled with dementia.  It was very confusing for her and also very hard for us as a family to watch the person we once knew and loved struggle with this terrible illness.

We would love to help raise money for this charity and any donations would be gratefully received.
